The idea here is to create forums which may only enable members with a certain no. of posts to excess. For example, members are unable to view or reply to messages in a forum before they post 100 messages. I know this can be done by creating a group and adding members to it, but with so many members on the forums, it will seem almost impossible to do this manually. What do you think? please vote.

You can set the ranks to automatically allow users with cirtain post counts. Set no for "Set as Special Rank" and put the number of posts you want them to need.
