Banner/Logo Request

Hi,

I was wondering if it would be possible to have a banner which was comprised of as many different flags of the world (each approx 1 centimeter squared --- or the size seen at the right of the screen here, or whatever you think is best), with "The Royal Alliance" in a font, which would have some flair and be in cursive, that was spread across the entire banner, so quite large? Like super-imposed over the flags --- see-through in maybe a light blue with a slightly defined edges to the letters?

Form:
Nature of the Creation: As many different flags of the world,as indicated in the original post.
Size (In Pixels): Up to the graphic designer, but normal good definition, please.
With or Without Animation: The title: "The Royal Alliance" could "blink on and off" every 4-5 seconds, but only if you think that's a good idea?
Main Colors: Different flags, plus "The Royal Alliance" in a light blue with slightly darker defined borders to each letter (nice cursive font).

Thanks! There doesn't seem to be much definition at all to the flags? I was thinking of clear definition (as seen in the flags to the right-hand of the screen).

At one centimeter squared, there is room for about 85 flags. Could you please use "Respective slanted" as seen in this link?

Please center the text in the middle of the logo, not at the bottom, and make the text 2 centimeters in height?

Or, maybe, 1.5 centimeters in height?
