Hello I changes the default avatar in b panel but it will not change in my forum. Do I something wrong?

I believe that the members with the default avatar before the change will stay the same, only new members will get the new default avatar.

Depends on when a new user registers on your forum.
slg and Gassy are right. The new default avatar will only affect new registered users AFTER the change and not existing members.
