Problem with register!

I registered well but the problem is when somebody try to register it say that username is already taken but i am only one registered and when it say that username is good when i click register it say that email is already taken too i dont know why can u help me ?

Administration Panel>>Users & Usergroups>>Users>>Inactive Users

cant find i enter users but there is no inactive users

Are you in Advanced Mode in the administration panel?

Look under Special Rights,

There is a button with a check mark, press the other button.

Make sure you are in the Advanced mod.
