    Okay so if I have my web address and then I pay for it to be changed if a user of my forums types in the old address will it redirect them to the new web address

    yes but YOU HAVE to activate "Force the URL redirection" in your admin panel>> General>> Forum Address>> domain name.

    so, All the old addresses of the forum will be redirected towards the news Wink
