(SUPER easy!) :) -need help- Just need this transparent, fix buttons.

Hi everyone! I has a navigation bar image on my forum that I would like the white transparent. For the prettyness. :3 especially because I have a blue background.

Basically, can anyone fix the reflection under the buttons, each one says guides, but I don't want that, can you just blur it in so it is just a reflection that says nothing. All of the images are in the topic. :3
(aslo you will see I requested an arcade button on there if you wanna do it.)

Here you go. I made a few extra buttons in case you change things. I can't do a transparency with the animated mail button so I had to copy the gradient blue background and add it. It should blend in perfectly. If not, I made you a standard New mail button.
You also had 2 different color backgrounds on the buttons (one lighter than the other) So I just made all new buttons. You didn't request the figures on the ends so didn't do them. If you want them added let me know..

You can do the characters at the end if you want so the text match.

Soon I'm going to chang my background on my forum, so can I have the flashing new mail not have a reflection or cut it off best you can? (becuz I like it flashing and I can't stand white on any background.)
