Cause that was made for phpbb3, invision already has one built in, however you can switch to phpbb3 at anytime. But if you have cool features you added with phpbb2 then keep phpbb2 until it is available.

That is what i need to know , what does , toggle means .. because if someone can exlpain me better , i can help with phpbb2 , as if u look at my forum , u will agree with me

It is where when you press a button the forums in a category will disappear like on the support forum.

The category toggle script will not work on phpBB2 boards, and the author has stated in no uncertain terms, that he will never add phpBB2 support.

Well the toggle feature is the same feature that is used here at the Support forum, the ''+'' and ''-'' which hide or show a category, if you are not sure what I'm saying look at the main page of this support forum and look at the ''+'' and ''-''. Click the - and you will hide category, press the + this will show the category, that is my definition of toggle, hope this helps.

Period mean a period. Like the period at the end of this sentence.

A period is the "."
so in the example ""Cookie" and "split"" actually looks like "Cookie.split" as opposed to "Cookies(dot)split"
