I have a user who is trying to register however it tells her that her name is in use & when she tries to request her password it says her email doesn't match. The username is briarwoodpups.... how can I get her signed up on our forum? Is there a way to reset her username?
She says she has not registered yet.

It tells me that there is no one by that name. She doesn't show up on my lists or any searches, but it tells her she can't register.

But if he choose another username, will this work?

I believe it tells her that the email address is already used.

I think if you're registered with the same email on many forums, you can't anymore use this email adress. Let he tries with another email adress.
