can i change {LANG_HTML} ? my country's language not full translated. many word is englsih. but my forum main language is MONGOLIAN. my forum version PHPBB2 and i was change some word in template. but some words not found. please help me.

But you can simply change the language from Admin Panel (Default Language . If you already set the language, please be patien, need some days to wait.
