    uploaded attachments in a new thread but only the admin which is me can download them all other members get :
    "You don't have permission to download attachments" instead.

    how do I make the download available to all ?

    Hi!

    Please make sure that the permissions are set correctly for your forums. Make sure that 'Download attachments' is checked for members in your forum permissions. Smile
