With or Without Animation: Most definitely no animations.
Main Colors: Color scheme of my forum is
Text to Insert : *pWp* Gaming / Pain Without Pleasure (either or)
Font (Provide Download Link): Try to keep it simple. Arial, Verdana, Museo, Helvetica, Brandon Grotesque OR if you heart ever so pleases do a crazy font as long as it looks good/flows. I can provide a link to every one of those but it will be copyright infringement so PM and I will get you any one of those.
Font Color: Any, as long as it follows the scheme.

Extra Comments: The header is going to span 100% width of anyone/everyones screen so I prefer for it to not have hard edges, either fade it to nothing or provide a tileable texture. We <3 subtle grunge looks, I can provide some good textures if needed.
Since you are working with me and doing this request for me I can work with you in return. I know how to do graphics but like I said I am very busy around this holiday season. If you don't mind as well can you provide the PSD just in case if I need to make any future changes. I can credit you for the banner.
If you need any more info just ask, I know how it is when someone gives you barely any info and expects you to design something they would like.
Time to be done: Don't worry about it just ASAP but take your time as well. I need it after the holiday season.

Pictures & Links: I would love to make your life easier but I am really busy hence why I am posting this. Anything Quake 3 Arena, Quake Live, Call of Duty and Minecraft related photos. We are a clan which all of us are close and are basically an internet family. *pWp* has been through thick and thin and has been around for 3-4 years now. The leader is Irish and what not so Celtic knots and such are appropriate. (try to stick close to this.)
