That's a simple banner you can add in AP > Display > Homepage > Generalities > Message content or where ever you want it. It will display this:



If you can tell me where exactly do you want it I can tell you how to add it. But mostly you just paste it, only exepction are posts where HTML must be enabled in AP & Profiles.

Is that your forum or portal? Add the code in a widget.

AP > Modules > Forum widgets managment > Create a new widget and add it there.

If it's the portal do the same thing but on portal. Than grab your widget and pull it below the Wio widget.
