Can anyone help me to install a theme on my forum that is not from hitskin but is a downloaded theme/skin.

From where theme is avaible to download, or certain what type of theme it is. If it is for forumotion forums (.bbtheme) go to Administration Panel => Display => Skins => Themes management => Import the skin => Import the skin => Choose bbtheme you have.

what document do i import i have it in folder like images, themes, etc im lost

You can upload images, then go to Administration Panel => Display => Pictures and colors => Pics management, also Colors if needed.

im familiar with the picture i just want to install and entire theme

You can only install the theme if it's a .bbtheme...

You can't download themes from other websites really because they wont work.
