ChatBox V2 not in Widget

hi...I have already read ChatBox V2 and it's awesome.
but the problem is my forum did not use a widget.
because if i use a widget the user post will look so small.

1.so i want to use chat box v2 but i want to add it in forum header or footer.
is it possible to do that ? and where's i should put the code to ? or is it must use a new code for html page ?
2.can i edit the button for pop up window and move it a bit more up ?
