    if u r sayign taht go to users and group-->user setting and checck the html. so i hav checked it it is on
    but it is ....how can i add the html editor Untitl10 i want the another one

    That is the quick reply box. To change that go to admin panel=>General=>Configuration=>Configuration and look for his option "Activate extended message editor" choose No and save.
