There is absolutely no way to do it, unless you do a redirect link, and either get them to re-register, or you register them and u tell them the password.
Godfather cannot assist you here.
If you can still access your old forum, all you have to do is put a simple redirect link in the header, and it will redirect to whatever address u want.
