    Solved Signature and Flood Control HELP

    Is it possible to stop flood control because it always says stop etc.
    I try changing it to 0 or something but it bounces back to 10 once saved...

    And signatures.

    Can you make members HAVE to post with signatures even if they don't have one yet?
