I think the icon for "who is online" is part of the Invision design. Sorry.

Whoops, forgot the second bit. The links are just regular NavBar links, but the plain text and not the images. Using the templates, they took the code for those three NavBar links, and pasted them into a different spot.

It's acheived via css & template modifications. I can't help you with the css as it would play about 40-50% of the roll so I cannot assist you further. Sorry
