my members are having trouble with the sign in
they have the remember me ticked and they are having to sign in over and over again
this started on Dec 31 and still continues to happen

also one member can't sign in at all with her password and was sent a new one and that doesn't work
can you plz look into these problems plz

1. Check the Inactive Users from the Users & Groups => Users => Inactive users (Administration Panel);

2. Also from the General => Forum => Security => Security Administration => Unauthorize subscriptions made with the most commonly used spam usernames. : No.
