Restricted Sections for 16+ (i.e. Pictures)

Hello Folks!

So i've been getting pestured by people in my RS clan for adding in a section for Real Pics. However according to the ToS it states:

Content which disclose personal datum that could identifies children under age of 18 or which exploit the images.

Now to my understanding - This means persons under the age of 18 cannot post any information (i.e. pictures) that can identify them - however, if I was to make a section with set permissions to only be viewed by those 16+, would this be a breach of the ToS as long as it is just a picture of them (within guidelines of no sexual material/pornography etc etc)? Or do I have to say to them, no real life pictures at all? Because at the moment we have a trial of a section for real life pictures for 18+ as those 18 years and older can be said to be mature enough to understand the responsibility.

Can I have some clarification on this matter?

N.B. Most of the people in the clan are 16+ and this is why I asked. :l

It is up to the users choice to upload the images of themselves. As long as it is not anything sexual or illegal, you should be fine.

If I remember correctly there was a topic on the Support forum with real life images of our users and I'm answering based on that. I think there should not be a problem with it as long as those are their pictures/of the users posting or family photos etc (not random pictures of other people/children).

Nera, your correct, it still exists in the FD too
I even once had a photo there too

Any photo can be posted, permitted that everyone in the photo has granted permission for them to be posted.
