    Hello I Would Like to see if there is a code to make any avatar that a user uploads to resize to 100 x 100. If this isn't a Good Description then please just ask And I would be happy to elaborate more.

    You can do it without a code:

    Administration Panel > Display > Avatars > Avatar Gallery
    Personal Avatars tab
