Re: Storage space
you might want to check permissions before forking out your $$$.
go to ACP>Modules>Gallery>Personal albums> set permissions and save.
also under "Misc" tab you can find out info on spending/buying credits.

Re: Storage space
I try to move this forum on my domain and seems to be impossible to get a CNAME. On this forum, I have only 20MB space and this is to small. It`s gone already. On the spending/buying credits I can see that I have 0 credits but the price for buying it`s not showing up.

Re: Storage space
Did you do this>: ACP > General > Messages and e-mails > Attachments > Allow attachments : Yes? After this: ACP > Misc > Storage > Management > Storage space management > Attachments... move the slider to set set storage and save

Re: Storage space
Yes, I do this. I have the forum on from 16 of January and Is a knitting one. Some of the girls had upload pics there with their work, and we have left 5 MB. I don`t know if I must laugh or cry......

Re: Storage space
Yes, I do. The problem is that we had until few days ago, another forum that was closed without any word. We lost all our work, all of out pictures, we lost 2 years of records. Now, some of us try to rebuild a forum, and we do pretty well . Until today.....And it`s my fault, I choose this host

Re: Storage space
Cristinalelia the host is good. It just takes a fair bit of work to make it work how you want it to. Keep asking questions and searching for answers and it should do fine for you. I've got 3687 registered users and our users have posted a total of 91164 messages in 8413 subjects. A few problems along the way, but they have all been sorted.
