Users (Old) Can't post images on the forums.

Hello, I've worked with the administration panel for awhile now and I've searched everywhere on it to see if I could locate the solution to the problem above. I eventually checked into the forums and didn't find anything like this on the forums anywhere else. This isn't a problem with the whole "users can't post within seven days" setting -- this is something else. The full problem I am running into is that users can't post images but they can post links. Whenever a user attempts to post an image that's a screenshot of the game (we're running the forums for Minecraft), they get the following result;

[Image Tag]linktoyourpicture.url[/Image Tag]

It doesn't display the picture, but it displays the link. Upon attempting to edit the text to see if the url tags were used instead, I found that it was in fact the img tags like it was supposed to be. Any insight on an issue like this would be greatly appreciated and thank you.

Administration Panel => General => Forum => Security => Security Administration => Unauthorize members with less than a week registration to post external links and emails : No.

And enabling that didn't change anything

Well, we figured out the problem. The member(s) that were trying to post had their "Allow BBCodes" disabled on their profiles. I apologize for and inconveniences this caused for anyone trying to help, and thank you all for doing what you can.
