    just get the html code of the weather widget, . .

    then add it here

    Modules >>> forum widgets management >>> create a widget >>> then paste the code there. . .

    Just Google 'Weather widgets' and add the code you find online to your widget as FL.ux said. Mostly all of them will work there.
