how can i change the background of the forums and rollover?

I'm not sure if you want this.

To change the background of your forum, go to : ACP---->Display----->Pictures and Colors----> Pics management


There is a option for uploading your background image.

basically it should be in the admin panel in the theme styles

Admin CP- Display-Pics-Advanced-And then upload the pic you want!

To change your background try to find this code in your CSS and replace
background-image: url('http://fc04.deviantart.net/images/i/2002/26/9/1/Misconstrue_-_Image_1.jpg');
with
background-image: url(' YOUR IMAGE ');
with your image URL

You might have to erase your CSS sheet.
