It's weird I have 4 Moderators and only 2 show up on the special users.

In the group, I have all 4. 2 of them can lock stuff and all but cannot ban or check an IP address.
The other 2 can do it all.
Any help? I have the disallow moderators to ban set to no. And 2 moderators are missing in the special users, while they're in the moderator group..so is there any way I can add them on there?






As you can see "Afrolicious" and "Raiden" aren't in special users but are moderators.

Ban:
Administration Panel > General > Forum > Security
Disallow moderators to ban members : No

IP Address:
Administration Panel > Users & Usergroups > Special Rights
Users IP display : Moderators

Try adding the members to the group here:
Administration Panel > Users & Usersgroups > Groups > Groups Administration
Press the modify symbol for Moderators and add the members at the bottom.

Those settings were already set. What I'm saying is only 2 out of the 4 moderators can use their powers.
And they're already in the moderator group.

Remove the two from the group and then go to your administration panel and add them to the group.

Ok I've tried it, I'll have to ask the mods if they can do it now.
Does that group order have anything to do with it?

They're still not in the special users so I assume they can't do it still. x.x

Are those two members in two groups? The order of the groups will affect somethings.

Retired Moderator (a member)
I took it down and he said he got his powers but the other mod doesn't.
I've deleted and re-added him still nothing.
