    I want to write about 20 html pages and my own css for them.

    Does forumotion have a place where I can put the css file?

    That is an option.

    It's my understanding that one of the big advantages of css is being able to make one change that will affect all 20 pages, rather than have to change each of 20 pages.

    If it is possible, that is what I would like to try.
