Cant delete smilies

Could I have help to delete our Christmas smilies please? We have tried clicking on delete but they are still there.

Then I tick the little box of the smilie I want to delete and scroll down to Delete

Can you give me a test admin account & tell me which smilies you want to delete? I will delete them.

When I delete a smilie it says the Smilie has been successfully removed but it is still there.

Can you tell me how to set up a test account for you please?

Hi Sanket,

The numbers of the smilies I need deleting are 8,11,15 & 25. They show different in Admin than they do on the reply posts. Also I cant move any smilies up or down either.

Could you also help with the problem we have of just one member who says that she has to log in each time she visits the site, she says she doesn't log out as she leaves?
