    What does it mean that I was blacklisted? Is it good now that I have been removed from that? And does this mean I can't add html pages to my forum now since he disabled it?

    Means you are blocked to actively that is suspicious. You won't need HTML on if you are using HTML pages. HTML is only for forum.

    blocked to actively that was suspicious? Sorry, I don't understand. Can you please explain? and do you mean people posting html code in the forum? We (the admins) can still use html for widgets and html pages?

    I can't really say why. Could of been posting too many links or something.

    You can use HTML in HTML Pages and widgets without having HTML on.

    HTML is only for post.
