Cannot post link as admin - "You haven't got the rights to access this page"

Considering that apparently pm's are unwelcome "Support: No Support via PM."

I cannot understand why, if the issue HAS NOT been solved, the previous topic has been locked and still marked as solved for no reason.

So please either unlock the topic and finish the deal or finally give me working contact details to the people responsible if the forum administration are the wrong people to approach this.

Problem:
I cannot post anything containing a link to http://www. aderanwars.com

Expected solution:
To be able to post containing the link to http://www. aderanwars.com

Assumed middle steps in reaching that solution:
To know why it's not possible to post (SOLVED, since we know it's probably a ban issue)
AND to know WHY the link got banned (NOT SOLVED)
AND what I can do to get it UNBANNED so that I can post it properly (NOT SOLVED)

why should users go through the bother of shortening links and then have no clue what they might actually click on instead of simply being able to post the proper link?

But no one has a clue who's responsible for these banlists,
how specifically the site got on it (or who put it there)
or even how to get it off the banlist?

So basically here I can just ask general questions, but if something requires contact of "higher ups" then here is the wrong place?
So where can I ask for a contact for the people who actually can tell me why the ban happened?

Forumotion would not know why a certain site is on a blacklist. You need to contact the people resopnsible for the blacklist.

And who are the people responsible for "the" blacklist? (you haven't even told me which blacklist it is)

Either it's some public one which auto updates, in which case forumotion knows where that list comes from
OR it's been added manually, again in which case they will know who added it

so again, asking for about the FOURTH time now

WHO is responsible for the blacklists on forumotion and can tell me on which blacklist i should get removed from? (first scenario)
or
WHO can get the site off the blacklist? (latter scenario)
