Forumotion profile option

Hello,
i wanted to edit my profile today and was wondering why i can't set my birthday to:
10.1.<nothing>

Why do I've to add a year so the birthday gets valided?
This appears when i try to save the birthday. I don't really get why it's not allowed/possibly to just add your day+month without the year..?

Sorry, this site does not accept user older than 99 years old

Hello,

The birthday field will only allow you to enter month, day and year. If you don't enter the year it won't allow you to do so.
