my forum has been hacked i have contacted forumotion with n availe please can someone help i cant get into the forum reset utilities so kind of out of ideas of how to retain my forum back

Before saying it's hacked, can you please explain a little bit ?

You can't access to your admin panel since when ?

since last week seems to have been done thru my email address even had my staff deleted and the forum ultilites has told me that i cannot enter as i have used up my 20 attemps now i never changed the password so someone has as my founder password is not being reconized .

i am worried about this as being the founder im responsable for my forum so would like to try and get this resolved if possable.
