Hi I posted on here yesterday and have sent a message to the management as requested, however my message is still sat in my outbox unread, how long does it normally take for them to answer please?

Wait for the reply of the person you PM you will get your request once the PM has been read.

I realise this, just wondering how long it usually takes as I sent the message 24hrs ago. I do realise they're very busy and appreciate they must get a lot of mail from the forum users

Well i think it depends on their availability so please be patients as i guarantee that your problem will be solved...

Not that i'm not grateful for the help I have already received from Sanknet but we were unable to resolve the issue and the problem needed to be passed to someone more senior as to date I have not have been contacted by anyone.

I would like to resolve this issue ASAP.
