that topic was created 1 day later when everything happen and a member in my forum said she was ban in my forum when i did not ban her.i mean all members was baned when i did not ban them and i did not put any admins or mods

What do you mean got deleted? If you think some of your staff or someone else has gained acces to delete your topics check your Security Moderation tab and see who deleted it in:
AP > General > Forum > Security > Scroll to the bottom and click on Moderation
