Is there a way i could split the unanswerder post page?

I'd like to have to differend boxes of unanswered posts. In the first box it 'll show the importand threads (as i define them) and in the second box the "everyday conversation threads". Is there a place to do that in the admin panel, or some other way.


I'm asking because i've seen invision forums with this appearance.
