ACP >> Display >> Structure and Hierarchy

Set "Split Categories on Index" as Medium.

To show those forums, as just the name and link and yada yada, here is what you do: Please read the entire thing. It is not the same thing as above

ACP>> Display>> Structure and Heiracy, set it as Split Categories on index, medium.

Then, scroll down to sub-level links on index: yes
