Forum no longer exists

I have just tried to access my forum weddinggiftplanner.forumotion.co.uk and I am getting a page saying it doesn't exist.

I haven't deleted it so could somebody please tell me why it no longer exists and how I can get it back?

It probably got shut down by forumotion because it broke the Terms and Conditions.

I've only recently set it up and as of yet haven't pushed advertising it so nobody has used it yet. Would that be reason enough for it to be shutdown?

No such forum exists. Create a new one with that address if you like.

Is there a way to find out why it has been deleted?

Its not deleted. It never existed.

It did exist as I have the confirmation email for the forum address and set it up with colour scheme, logo etc.

Is there something else you can look at for this as something doesn't add up. It was originally created on 18th October 2011 at 10:40am.

I can forward email confirmation if that would help.

Your email nor the forum URL show up, please just make a new forum.

Thanks, I think I will find a different provider as I don't fancy creating a new forum and having that deleted as well.

I have a question. After you created the forum in October of 2011, did you have any topics in it? When a forum is inactive for a time, it is deleted.

There haven't been any topics in it for a while. If that is the reason then at least I know for future reference.
