ACP<Design<Pics Managament
From there, I will be doing it from the Advanced View.
At the top you should see:
general - Icons for the forum - Icons for topics - etc. . .
Click the 2nd to last one, called "Buttons"
From there, it should be the 6th picture down. You can post the Image URL there!
