Activate the WYSIWYG mode by default in the posts :
Make sure this is set to No.

If the issue is that you do not have the a/A button, it could be that your on Google Chrome, as Chrome does have have the CSS3 standards required to operate the WYSIWYG Code.

I am very grateful indeed turned out if I use google chrome button a / A will not appear. But after I use mozilla firefox and munucullah button a / A. THX .
