PLEASE HELP! my password is not working i guess my forum was hacked.

I don't know what happened but i guess my forum was hacked... or lost or whatever? i really don't know... so i went here for help...

i found this link in here

but i can't send PM too...
whenever i try to click the PM icon it always appears

You've just reached the post limit for PMs (which is set to 2)

Also, if your forum really was hacked, try using the Utilities tool
https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/

It will ask for your email and password used on forum creation. Chances are, you will still be able to log in through Utilities, back up your site, and recover full control
