    Solved User can't login tells her incorrect log in details. Solved.

    I have one user who is trying to log into my forum. She says the following.

    When I first go to the site, it looks normal. I click 'log in' & put in my info. Click enter & it then tells me I cannot comment on any subjects & incorrect log in details.

    My forum is
    http://ts3cc.canadian-forum.com/

    We have tried everything on our end. We have just moved from another forum and she had the same problem start up one day there after being able to log in with no problems for months.

    Hi!

    Try this.

    Go to Administration Panel => Users & Groups => Users => Inactive Users => Select user & click Activate. Wink

    Change the password for the account & you try to sign in with the details, see if it happens for you too.

    No it doesn't. I can log in as her and it appears that I can post.

    So ask her to fill in the details correctly. If it still happens, Please ask her to take a screenshot of the error she receives.

    Seems changing her password has helped her. She was able to sign in. Thank you for your help.
