I've had a similar message once in the past and I think for me it was because of a link in the text advert panel which was suspected of being malicious.
Try load your forum again and see if the message appears. If it does, it could mean someone has posted a link someone that could be malicious. Or it could just be Chrome over-reacting but don't take any chances, you should check anyway to be on the safe side.

Hi, go (on your web browser) to the Wrench icon // Options // Under the hood // and un-check 'Enable phishing and malware protection' then it will load fine.

Thanks for the help. Turned out to be one of my thread icons came from an infected host. Easy fix once you find it...
