Trouble with Purchasing credits for my forum

Hello there.

I'm truly sorry if this is the wrong section, but bare with me.

Ok, so far my forum members and I have decided to buy ourself a custom URL, some donated for the funds and i personally sold some virtual item(s) in a game called Team Fortress 2, thats what we specialize in, anyway we recieved a total of: $19.54 USD, when I tried to buy 1600 credits, it gave me this error:
