help please how to fix this i was checking the lost password thing but i dnt know why some my members cant claim lost password??? this is the error..

The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security
please help how to fix this?? why they cant claim lost password??

Password used at forum creation

IT's the username and password when you first created the forum. I just restored my forum and cannot remember what I changed mine afterwards. And, for some reason it won't let me disable the security feature through the toolbox.

Also having a problem accessing this.

Im having the same problem now. I had my other admin try to go in and change it, but it wont allow him to do it. I cant even log in cause I forgot both passwords.
