    Solved new moderators problem

    i got problem with my new moderators. they can't ban members coz this one is missing "Administrate user : Profile - Ban this member" at the profile. they can only move, split, merge, delete etc. but they can't ban. please help me!

    Administration Panel > General > Forum > Security
    Disallow moderators to ban members: No

    i check it and its correct. only new mods cant ban. old mods can ban members Sad

    Are you sure the new moderators are exactly in the moderator group?

    I've noticed this problem with the member "Vacuum" and now it's fixed. Wink

    Have you got other moderators having this issue ?
