Image beside the forum

How can I get an image to scroll beside my forum like the one seen here

The image I'm referring to is the one that says "siCK No cure" to the left.

I see that in the forum you written in first post, there is used a background image, that can be changed from Administration Panel => Display => Pictures and colors => Pics management => Simple Mode. Then, there also the body width is 95% configurated. You also, can do this from Administration Panel => General => Forum => Configuration => Page structure => Forum width (number or %).

Thank you for your reply, I know how to change the background. But my background stays fixed to one position , The one in the link posted above scrolls with the page. So the images stays beside the forum the entire time.
so how do i get my background to scroll with the forum like the one in the link above?

If you mean the one on the left/right it is just a background-image:

If you mean the banner you have to add it in the ACP :9
