No Multi-quote button

I did not disable the "Multi-quote" button but when I preview my forum, there is no multi-quote button. Please help as this is a very important button for my forum members in the future.

Administration Panel > General > Messages & Emails > Configuration
Display "Multi-quote" button : Yes
