    How do I make a topic appear in the category?
    I mean, how do I make a topic appear like a sticky for 3 forums (Like Forum Reviews, graphics design section, special themes, hitskin support) which are in the same category (Like SUPPORT FORUM)

    Nope, this isn't possible. You have to create the same topic 3 times.
