Can I add one more special user?

Currently my special users are myself (Admin) and moderators. I understand these two users have special privileges. Now, I want to add one more special user called "Welcoming Committee" to my forum. I also want them to have some special rights. Is this possible or am I stucked with - Admin, Moderator, Member, and Guest only?

To add another group: ACP >> Users & Groups >> Group Administration >> >> Edit the permission as you wish >>

Oh, just have one special member with special permissions?

Special users are users that are in groups or individuals who have moderating powers. For an individual to be a special user, he/she has to have moderating permissions on one or more forums.

What you can do is go to the ACP >> Users & Groups >> Search User >> Change the permission the way you want it.
