Serious problem: Banning

I banned one member 100000000 times. But he uses proxys or whatever else. I don't want to make administration approval registration either. What should i do?

Edit: Oh and he hacked our fourm several times. And now i made a wonderfull skin, but hes threatening us again. Please help.

The only way to counter this is to continually ban the user, also, you can try different methods such as banning the e-mails used by that member, you can view this tutorial:

Keep banning the user.
Also, do not show the user that you are somehow irritated or angry. Just be normal & show that it does not matter to you. He is just trying to annoy you, there is nothing else to it. If you display, that you are being annoyed it is like he is getting what he wants.

well if it was that easy. This story keeps on and on almost 2 years. We banned him as i said x times and begged him to stop but no... He doesent irritate me with his accounts. He spamms the whole forum in every section, staff needs to clean that and ban him again and again.

Thats the point, don't beg. Keep banning the user. Don't give up. Hire more staff members who can do the cleaning job. I am sure, he will stop one day.
